Qualified treatment programs shall dispense and use methadone in oral form only and based on the treatment requirements stipulated in the Federal Opioid Treatment Specifications. Failure to abide by the requirements in these regulations may end in criminal prosecution, seizure of drug supply, revocation of program approval, and injunction precludin
